Outages
When something stops working, the first question is whether the fault is yours or theirs: your network, your DNS, or Comcast, AT&T, Microsoft, and the rest. This page tracks major outages at the providers and carriers everyone depends on, verified by two independent sources before anything is listed, so you can answer that question before you start rebooting your own equipment.
Status below reflects incidents verified by this desk, drawn from provider status pages and reporting. It is a verified record, not a live probe of provider systems.

Carriers by Region
Carrier incidents are recorded with the affected region as reporting confirms it, at state level where the reporting supports it. A carrier incident in your region, at the hour your service failed, is usually your answer.
Recent Incidents
Each incident page carries the full timeline, the affected services, the region, the provider's own account, and the sources.
How We Track
An outage is listed here when two independent sources confirm material impact. The provider's own status page and incident record are the primary source for start and restoration times; reputable reporting confirms scope and customer impact. Times are shown in Eastern and in the provider's local time where they differ. Compensation and remediation are noted when the provider states them. Corrections are appended to the incident page, never silently edited in.
